  • Fiber drinks (such as Metamucil) could interfere with absorption for many substances. Take GlyNACore 2-2 ½ hours before or after the fiber drink. 
  • If taking blood thinners, monitor in case medication levels need adjusting.
  • GlyNACore is designed to be complementary to GLP-1 agonists.
  • GlyNACore is also designed to be complementary to commonly prescribed psychiatric medications.
  • GlyNACore's ingredients are not considered psychiatric medications.
  • All of GlyNACore's ingredients are permitted for those participating in athletic competitions.
Discontinuation
  • No discontinuation or withdrawal symptoms have been reported in practice or in studies of GlyNACore ingredients.
